1. Purpose
This website is operated by Codiste Pvt Ltd. Spam and unsolicited bulk messages may not be used to advertise or promote this website, its content, its services, or any related Codiste offering. The standards set out below bind Codiste and everyone acting on its behalf.
2. Scope
Every Codiste employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, partner, vendor, and service provider falls under this policy, as does anyone else sending electronic communications for Codiste or on its behalf. Email, SMS, and messages sent through social or professional networks are all covered, whether sent individually or in bulk.
3. Prohibited practices
In connection with this website, none of the following is permitted:
- Unsolicited bulk or mass advertising messages.
- False or misleading sender names, addresses, domains, subject lines, or routing information.
- Contact data obtained unlawfully, or used in breach of applicable law or of a provider's terms.
- Further promotional contact with a recipient once they have asked for it to stop.
- Promotion of this website through spam or unsolicited bulk messages by any employee, partner, vendor, or third party.
- Use of the Codiste name, this domain, or its links within spam or unsolicited bulk advertising.
4. Permitted communications
Electronic messages are sent only where lawful, and only within these limits:
- Messages the recipient requested or subscribed to.
- Individually relevant messages to a business contact within an existing or prospective business relationship, in compliance with applicable law.
- Transactional, service, and administrative messages.
Codiste is named as sender on every such message, alongside an accurate subject line, valid contact details, a physical postal address, and a clear way to opt out.
5. Opt-out
Opt-out requests are actioned promptly. An address that opts out goes onto a suppression list and is excluded from further promotional messages, other than where the law requires contact or where confirming the opt-out itself demands it. Suppression records are kept so re-contact does not occur.
6. Third-party compliance
Anyone sending messages for Codiste or on its behalf must observe this policy and all applicable communications and data-protection law. Engaging a third party confers no authority on that party to use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading sender information, or any other prohibited practice to promote this website.
7. Reporting and enforcement
A message you believe breaches this policy should be reported to nishant.b@codiste.net. Attach a copy of the message, the date and time it arrived, the sender address, and the full headers where available. Codiste will investigate, halt any non-compliant activity, and may terminate the access or engagement of anyone in breach.
